Pressure Control Valves

A pressure control valve is a valve that adjusts the hydraulic pressure of pipes to a constant pressure. The upstream side of the valve installed in the piping is adjusted to keep the secondary pressure at the set pressure, and the pressure can be set with the knob attached to the control valve. The pressure that can be adjusted varies depending on the model, but a wide range of control is possible from about 1Mpa to 21Mpa. When the pressure in the hydraulic circuit reaches the maximum pressure that can be controlled, the relief valve releases the hydraulic pressure to the outside of the system so that the pressure rises further and the hydraulic equipment is not damaged. Depending on the type of pressure control valve, remote control is possible by connecting a remote control valve to the vent port.
