Hydraulic Gear Pumps

A gear pump is a pump that rotates with two meshed gears, sucks fluid, increases pressure, and discharges fluid. It is used by being incorporated into the hydraulic circuit of industrial machinery. Gear pumps are characterized by their simple structure and little impact from dust. Most gear pumps have a rated pressure of about 17 MPa, but some products have a maximum operating pressure of 30 MPa due to patented improvements to the gear section. Gear pumps are mounted on-board and used for hydraulic drive of construction machinery, and the main feature of products with light weight bodies is the use of aluminum alloy materials. In addition, there is also a product with two pumps built in series to increase the discharge pressure for construction machinery that operates at high hydraulic pressure.
