V-Ring Seals
A V-ring is a sealing product that is attached to the shaft of a rotating device such as a hydraulic pump to prevent fluid from leaking outside. When attached to the shaft, it is fixed to the shaft by tension obtained from the elasticity of rubber, preventing fluid leakage and preventing dust and water from entering from the outside and sticking to the shaft. The feature of the V-ring is abundant sizes that can be applied in several millimeters from a small shaft of about 5 mm to a large shaft of 360 mm. There are various types depending on the application, from nitrile rubber with excellent wear resistance to fluoro rubber with heat resistance.
