Helical Gears
Helical gears are cylindrical gears that have helical lines. The teeth are twisted as they move in the axial direction, and they have the characteristic of reducing vibration and noise. They are used for high-speed gears. However, it is difficult to transmit power compared to ordinary spur gears, and there is a demerit that a bearing may be required.
