Spur Gears

Spur gears are cylindrical gears with teeth that are parallel to the shaft. A gear is a mechanical element that is attached to a transmission vehicle for the purpose of power transmission, such as changing the direction of rotation, distributing power, decelerating and accelerating. Unlike the flat belt, which also conducts power, it can be reliably transmitted without slipping, so it is indispensable for the timing mechanism. Spur gears are most often used because they are easy to create. It is made of various materials such as plastic, carbon steel and polyacetal, and can be selected according to the intended use. The shape is also created with various numbers of teeth and tooth width dimensions.
