I was watching on the net that "Shinju juice comes out in large quantities" as a stainless steel trivial kitchen knife impression, but as I imagined I was scraping as much as I could (a grinding stone gouged) so that the sharpening juice will come out I did not feel it. The machinability was good, I felt that it would be much better to shave than the cheap soft rough grinding. I got lost as to whether to go to # 1000, but I think that I will continue using here for sharpening.
